Huh, I know that situations. But afaik only 3 times they may appear are:
- reroll causing messed up .2h files [not possible]
- cheating [someone would have to make commanders ids go wrong]
- commander limit [but that is 9000, so rather not possible]

I think llamabeast should inspect that.
