yeah okay the CoE is the newest alliance on the block.Founded by the vectorians(me) its members include UGoV,Kazharii,Nataurens,NDR,and more.Well anyhow you may wonder what does this have to do with me?well simply i need someone to make us a shipset.If you are interested please post here or email me at Dark,essenger99@aol.com.This will be included in the Omni Mod so if you make if for me you name shall be included in the credits file.
