The first error seems like a copy and past thing, essentially an OOB typo.
The other is likely a product of that fact that as an artillery piece, you should only be able to load into vehicles with a carry capacity code of 1xx, where xx has to be equal or greater to the crew. The 1 denotes the ability to carry heavier items (a 2 indicates the ability to carry vehicles). I'm guessing the tank carry capacity is 10 or 13, while the APC carry capacity is 108. This is not an error.
