Unit 027 OT-64C M-93, with turret-mounted 14.5+7.62 MG:
Should be OT-64A M-64. OT-64 was supplied to Uruguay in 1994 and 1999 (60 and 30 pieces), in both OT-64 unarmed variant and OT-64A with turret.
Moreover (no, I am not nitpicking just because of name
) there was an OT-93 APC, also supplied to Uruguay (in fact Uruguay is the only user). It is an OT-64A with turret from OT-62D, ie small turret with only 7.62mm MG (either SGMT, PKT or vz.59T) and a holder for T-21 RR (ahven't seen it mounted on pics of Uruguayan APCs). 32 supplied to Uruguay and used under name M-93.
