I'm not sure about H2 provinces because I usually only search with H1s, but Ancient Temple is reasonably common. Buying 2 or 3 indy priests for site-searching will not-infrequently yield +5 or +6 pearls per turn. My prophet is usually busy leading troops so I don't know how common H3 sites are.
