You do realize that emissive abilities do not stack, right? These small levels of emissive ability are pretty useless.
Not necessarily my friend. These are the earliest level of emissive armors that co-exist with lower weapons that cause between 10-25 damage, so the emissive rates are around 30%.
Not the 1, 2 or 3 emissive levels. |
