My Shinuyama isn't a major power and isn't at war now (I think), so you could probably let me stale and be happy with it. Alternatively, I'd be perfectly happy to hand over the nation to a permanent sub. It's not in a great shape, though... I think it'd be more of a challenge for you Lingchin if you went for it
