Orania has about 260 land provinces but only 20 Water ones, so squeezing in two water nations would really cramp their style compared to the 10 (provisional) land players I think (Until they go all darwinian on us and crawl out of the oceans). |
Maybe another map than Orania will fix this problem?  |
