Just ran a short test game, and I'm getting the reinforcements correctly. Kind of sounds like the patch maybe didn't take????
I beta tested different versions of the patch, so the last thing I did, was to completely uninstall the game, then install from the CD, then apply the patch and tested it. I did use the update file, not the .msi file listed.
On the Startup screen, does your version show 1.0.1.0123?

Ahh...just did another quick check...I do see the message of a max 72 hour reaction time...
