So we also have a small, but *wonderful* wargame mag (board + computer), "Vae Victis", it exists since 6 years now.
SE4 is not "on topic" for the mag, but most of Shrapnel's games are

Ooh, and about how I heard of SE4 ? Well, one month ago, tired of waiting for MOO3 since 5 years
, I was searching on the Net for a good 4X game ...The title "space empires" came, I searched reviews, read them (I recall reading a PvK article at wargamers.com too
), compared the game to Stars! (I played a demo of this one perhaps 2 years ago, didn't like it much..), and finally ordered SE4G !
Received it 2 days later, was very satisfied by the game, the mods and the community, so I staid ...
