i just ran another test game, this time using the exact same mods this game is using...

1.3: 5 gems for 5
1.4: 1 gem for 5
1.41b: 5 gems for 5

so 1.41b, perhaps also 1.41 which i didn't test, undid the 1.4 change to the price
