I'm reasonably sure that whether anyone wants to quibble about who got more, or better Artifacts, that LA Caelum and LA Midgard got the lion's share. Though many nations are clustered up near where Lanka is in research, so any one of them could have shot for Cons8 a bit faster than I did. I am also reasonably sure, however, that they are not distributed very Democratically among the current survivor nations (see previous prediction about Caelum and Midgard).....
