1) Enter the scenario editor
2) Press Edit to get to the map editor
3) Press "Help" button for the help screen.
4) Press "More" till the list of batlocs appears...
or - in any game press help or "?" button, then press
Editor Help and proceed to step 4.
(0 batloc problem already fixed.)
