Yep, LA Man is AI, but on the basis of province count appears to be winning! Why AI a seemingly leading position?

That said, I was a bit surprised when I finally made it into bandar's castle anumber of turns after starshine went AI - thought I'd have a walkover and was almost embarrassed by the mage power in there!
