"Years - 2007" does not tell me if this is an in service or OOS date. If I had to guess I'd guess it's an in service date.
Sorry, Kramax had removed part of the phrase. My version looked just like “Year – 2007: at Lypetskiy TsBP (Lipetskiy Training Center) was 6 pcs. Then it’s planned 20 pcs for 2008 - 7 pcs more has been modified from ‘M’ version).
Of course of them are in service from 2007.

I have noticed that in some OOB's vision/RF/FC has snuck into some bomber units and that's now on the to-do list to clean them out as it does affect unit cost and leads to misunderstandings. The Level Bomber code does not use the vision/RF/FC ratings

Now......... perhaps whoever wrote this wanted these changed to fighter-bomber. If so that needs to made clear AND why those particular bombers should be changed
Caira system (deployed at Su-24s of ‘M’ modification) was intended to operate from low altitudes (up to approx. 5-6 thousands meters), so these units must work as tactical bombers to use its equipment fully.

So that last line in the first quote is telling me "Make them very rare or very common " which makes no sense at all. Given the "build small quantity, fighting in Chechnya" info they should be 91 radio code.
Of course, you are right.
There must be ONLY ‘91’, not ’91 or 92’.

Thanks again!
I will pleased if you'll find another mistakes or innacuracies and then we will get more realistic game
