12 players and one of the two fixed start Cradle maps sounds good to me, assuming that one of the two options on llamaserver has a coastal start point set. If anyone else joins up inside the next 24 hours we'll have to look for a different map.
I'm going to keep the basic game settings as per the top post, though.
