Default PBEM campaigns -- no smoke ammo at Core Force infantry.
I create PBEM campaigns.

Core force infantry and HQ has no smoke ammo.
Auxiliary force infantry (the same Rifle Pl, that is taken and in Core Force) has smoke ammo.

Strange it...
