I'm with you on this one, as it feels a bit odd that Jomon gets some funky summons that seem entirely appropriate in TC's Celestial Bureacracy. Not that Jomon shouldn't have them too, of course
Maybe each should have their own Dragon King. Or even rival families of dragons.
