H - Nope. There's absolutely no requirement to announce NAPs, or any diplomatic arrangement for that matter. Though, Declarations of War, when accompanied by taunts and demonetization, are strongly encouraged.  |
I declare war on uh... Caelum if either Abysia or Arco needs an ally against the alliance against them.
(small print: unless this means Caelum actually attacks me in which case I will reveal that Caelum and I had a secret secret alliance (so secret that even Caelum didn't know about it) going which was used to draw you to a false front of war so that Caelum could gobble you up by surprise) |
