Solved my HQ problem.
If play as seperate scenerios screens say
Canada N.Korea
When do the as campaign say
Russia N.Korea ????
Replaced scenerios with new ones with correct Korean HQ
If I change canadian HQ to another nation then back to Canadians will that fix it or other ideas.
Not a big disaster can live with.
