Well, sofar:
Sites: 7 Yes, 3 No, 1 Abstain
Research: 2 Yes, 8 No, 1 Abstain.

Personally, I'd say No to sites (being a blood nation ) and Yes to Difficult research, but I'm overruled.

So Normal Research and Increased Sites to 45.
