If i had time to copy paste some of my other lines from my PM's i could explain how you made a horrible judgement error by thinking i would never attack you. i was garrisoning borders. i did for about 7 turns after your question. if you'd asked maybe 3 turns ago, i would have been more forthcoming as i actually did plan to attack then. if you intended this to be a totally open, tell everyone your plans every turn game, i must have missed the memo.
