In the matter of summons that come to you as non-commander units...
Angels summoned by Pythium/Marignon can be GoRed and will have at least priest levels.
Some of Lanka's national summons (Asrapa, Danava) have magic with a GoR.
Vastnesses get S3.
There are probably others, too.
