I don't see any chance to find subs for 2 nations right now, not even for Abysia. Trust me, I tried. And we already got many nations made subs.
You are waking up a bit late with need for some action. The real problem is that atul does not want to continue and wouldn't fight Caelum. And you probably don't have a real idea of how strong Caelum is.
