There's no need to scrap spells. Overwrite some.. let's Ashdod & Hinnom national spells.
So instead of having
#newspell "XXXX"
(spell Stuff)
just change the starting lines to 10 last spells to
#selectspell "Strange Fire (for example)"
#clear (so that it's not restricted anymore)
(spell Stuff)
