Does anyone know exactly where freespawn generation fits into the turn order? My best guess is that it would be under "20.Special Orders", as this is when 'Summon Allies' and "Reanimate" takes place (which are similar to freespawn). But I can't be certain, and am finding it difficult to come up with a decent test to confirm it.
So does anyone out there know for sure?

The truth finding master 'vfb' seems to have nailed down the precise stage in the TRS where freespawning occurs. See this post of his on another forum.
