Well since Niefel is my brothers nation, i will speak for him here. I'm afraid he is a little burned out right now on dominions, but i didn't realize he has been staling. we should either set him AI or find a sub. If anyone thinks we can actually find a sub, i can play 1-2 turns for him until then, but i don't want to take over, even though C'tis isn't going to last much longer
