All active players will then vote to either (A) Permanently extend the game timer, (B) Keep the game timer as-is, or (C) Abstain. Quorum shall be 75% of ACTIVE players. Majority vote wins. If I can play the role of impartial outsider here regarding the issue of extending the hosting. The above constitution, copied from the status page, states that 75% of the current active players have to vote for a quorum to be reached, with the majority decision winning. It does not say that 75% of the players have to agree, or that they have to respond within a given timeframe.

So far the vote to extend the hosting from what I can see on the forum is...

In Favour

1. fungalreason
2. hEad
3. Jarkko
4. Quitti
5. Hadrian_II
6. Aethyr
7. Fakeymcfake
8. Statttis (Edit: added this vote)

Against

1. ChrisPedersen
2. Drager

So that is currently 7-2 (Edit: now 8-2) in favour of an increase. There are currently 13 active players (according to the llamaserver) so the missing player votes do not matter as even if all the other player voted against the increase, it would still be passed at a 7-6 majority.(Edit: now reads 8-5) The same goes for needing a quorum. (Edit: 10/13 is now over 75%)

Hope I don't offend anyone by posting my views and analysis, but I have a lot of RL experience with constitutions, and if you are following this one to the letter (never a good thing with any constitution in my experience since they all lack common sense) then even then the players wishing to increase the hosting would prevail.

Edit: Managed to edit in time to add statttis's vote below.
