No, he's unique, but availible to all, hard to summon as he requres strong mage in astral and death. He's undead, so he's immune to poison. If he's well fed he could have about 5k-7k HP and 1000 HP regen per turn, MR 27 and thus almost impossible to kill.

If he's empowered in astral, maybe you should try to magic duel him?
Now I really gotta summon him. If I prophetize him, deck him out in MR gear/etc, and feed him alot...

I want to see just how difficult it'll be to take him down.
I fought an Eater of the Dead on a SemiRandomized map recently. It's incredibly hard to kill something in melee when it has 1800 HP and regenerates 295 to 600 HP per round. At the time I didn't have any insta-kill spells like Soul Slay or Disintegrate.
