Given the number of votes for 1280x1024, the answer to your question depends on whether you think that's smaller than 1440x900.

It's worth remembering that Dom3 plays well on older machines, so it's not unreasonable to expect a proportion of players to be using monitors deting from times when 1280x1024 was high-end.
