I have PM-ed 'Cicadian' to find out what the situation with regarding the recent Yomi stales. According to the 'User Activity' stamp, 'Cicadian' was last on these forums on 2nd July. Which seems to coincide with his last two stales.
Will let you all know if/when I hear something.
