Okay, there's definitely something wonky. I just went to check if a delay got put in while I was driving home and I see that we're now on turn 18, and I haven't received it either. Neither turn 17 nor 18 was sent to me, though a notice that the game was going to host in 6 hours (for turn 17) was. Looks like I've staled once and can't get this turn.
Going to bed now, guess I'll see if I can figure out anything in the morning.
