Bwaha! The funny thins has happened and I probably have to say "sorry" for that. I tried to figure out what happened and I think that it's quite simple.
When creating the game
here I selected "VPs in capitals: yes" and "VPs required to win: No VP victory" but I just didn't remember that it is
impossible to create game with such settings via game interface and llamaserver says nothing about that.
