Can anyone tell why this command does not work? It sets gcost to 300, but don's set leadership to 40 as ordered. I got this problem with Nagaraja also. If i set leadership to #poorleader or #expertleader it works fine.

There is another problem. When i run game and attack province with 40 PD there is some Atavi archers there with Vanara, Marakata and Bandars. I can't see reason for that.
