1. Since we have 16 what do we want the victory conditions to be?
Last man standing or a number of Caps kept for 3 or 5 turns?
2. Most of those that PM'd me wanted binding Naps and treaties...so be it.
HOWEVER, post them in the game Forum if you want them binding, NO CRYING on secret treaties and Naps that get broken
if they are not registered.
