I'm ready to help anytime, Fyron said he would host the discussion forum for the paper, whats the consensus????

I've already begun researching an article on the Cantina for the paper, titled "The Pie Wars or What to do with matted Tigga fur" just need to know when to submit....(ps. If anyone knows how to draw a cartoon for the paper pls let me know) and if it along with some humor is permissible for the paper, as well as serious articles.... I leave it up to the members so let me know, I can do both or whatever you would like
