I know some of you like this alternate universe idea & there is a mod adding Germany WW2 to MBT which you could use or just go with the sides available.
A common theme is remaining Nazis in South America, the tanks are sort of on par if did 50s 60s very similar I would think. Heres a link 3rd post page 2 Ignore the first paragraph which gives some idea
