I have updated my guide with some points in this thread and reformatted it for the wiki, at
http://dom3.servegame.com/wiki/Time_...ki's_guide. I think that the wiki is really much less painful than the forum for doing this, so I'm just going to skip the forum intermediate on my next guide.
