Overlord attack rules updated.

Additions: Each overlord starts with a gate stone. They are forgeable with e9s9. Overlords will get a forge bonus site in their cap to help with making these.

Also abysia is replaced by pythium as an overlord. All blood sacrifice nations are banned (van, abysia)

Also I will only accept more veteran players for overlord positions, as having newer players in for them would be very unbalancing for the game.
