So does the game require oh say that abilityNo 8 for a comonent exist for the previous game file to load? ie in Proportions Ability 7 and 8 for a Major City are both Resource Storage - Organics with a Value1 of 0. So they seem to do nothing. Are these just place holders for ability 7 and 8 that were something else in a previous verion?
