I've noticed that some of the sea providences are inaccessible. The one on the bottom right corner, one on the bottom edge to the left (between 3 and 9) and one on the top edge between 139 and 138. Is this intentional or an error? |
Intentional. Even the original map has those provinces "empty", likely for balance reasons. I know it might be sort of confusing, but I didn't want to make the map uglier by trying to scribble over them or something. The map has plenty of water even without them. 27 water provinces on the outer rim leaves each water nation with 9 water provinces, which is pretty good, considering that land nations have 10,8 provinces per player.
