First, let me apologize for screwing up my sub 2 weeks ago and delaying the game. I've never used a sub before and I can't believe I didn't give Baalz my password. So my apologies for delaying the game.
Second, I'm outraged that foul Oceania would declare war on the world by flooding the coastal provinces. I hope folks will work together to banish such a loathsome nation that is reducing income for everyone. Who knows what other foul spells they'll cast?
Finally, is Vanheim doing as well as the hall of fame makes it look? They wiped out Sauro right? How many capitals do they have?
