The videoconference would nicely allow the number of misunderstandings multiply... Anyway, it will also provide a reason to keep No.4 in tank crews - it will have to be Tank Commander's secretary who will pick the phones and forward only those important enough for the TC to reply. He will also prepare hourly Powerpoint presentations
