I like exotic conflicts.

I'm thinking of the "Sino-Indian War" (20 October to 20 November 1962). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sino-Indian_War

Who's interested?

I'll play Chinese.

I'm not so experienced in setup but I'm thinking of a 5000 point battle.

Which map size do you think is appropriate?
What other restrictions (arty and air) are also needed?
