.lnk are shortcut files, maybe you made a mistake during file attachment ?
Btw, my pretender submission was processed during the short time the server was on, and I did receive some strange error email (listing an error related to another game), so I would not blindly trust the error message you received.
Best thing is probably to wait for Llamabeast to tell us the server is up and OK again
