Bless and heroic quickness will stack with other forms, but only one instance of a spell will work, and jade armor and quickness boots both "cast" the spell on the user. Weapons with multiple attacks stack perfectly well, although you can only attack a single square per *action*, so if you have 12 attacks you can still only kill 3 militia with them. Quickness allows you to have more than one action per turn though, so you can clear out multiple squares at that point.

I have no idea if multiple quickness effects add or multiply though. Anyone care to test? =)
