Well, ghoul31 *did* check in, so I feel a bit of a tool to punt him, but he's not here so he's not here. So: I active illuminated one as his alternate. Zapang! It is done.
Illuminated One: you can have Caelum or Hinnom, your choice. I think pyg21 would slightly-prefer Hinnom, although he has some practice with Caelum. Post your desired pretender design for your desired nation on the team forum.
