Declaration of Territorial Waters

Marignon hearby declares that all waters bordering mainland Marignon belong to Marignon.

This includes:

-- Sardeth Sea
-- Rockhaven Bay
-- Bay of Bartoth
-- Beringway Bay

We are willing to regard Offu Bay as neutral, international waters if other neighboring powers do the same.

Intentions of desire to negotiate should be filed with your local Marignonian embassy.
