Hmm, interesting. But usually at those magic levels it shouldn't count much if you'd use 2 gems or 3 gems when the difference is ~3 fatigue. Those extra gems would be used to lower fatigue, right? With bigger fatigue spells it might make more sense, but even then 6 gems would be very much of an overkill.
