I meant 137-141 connection, not Helheim cap. It's not in RAND version of the map, so I assume it's a bug that was fixed by Pasha there.
BTW, everyone got their picks, so I PMed them to Ironhawk. I will inform you when nations are rolled. I should create the game on llamaserver today too.
